We have acute regard for environmental, social and governance (“ESG”) considerations, which we actively manage - from analysis and implementation during our initial evaluations, to ownership and operation during management.

Exergy’s aim is to create long-lasting relationships based on mutual trust, respect, and transparency with investors, partners and portfolio companies. We strive to maintain high standards with regards to ESG principles to create long-term value for all stakeholders.

This commitment, which has been confirmed by a “Prime” rating awarded by ISS-oekom, will also be
communicated to portfolio companies and we will ensure that they adhere to these standards
as part of a sustainable value creation strategy.

Exergy also adheres to and and is a signatory of the United Nations-supported
Principles for Responsible Investment (PRI).
